What To bring to the PE Exam

There are a ton of different books you can bring in with you. While I can not tell you what is necessary to bring I can list the resources that I see that do constantly come up.

Quick Reference for the Mechanical Engineering PE Exam – This is the book that I used for most of the exam.
ASME Steam Tables – Great for a quick lookup on the steam tables.
Mechanical Engineering Reference Manual (MERM) – This is the book that has everything in it, or just about. This has the missing things the quick reference does not have in it.
Cameron Hydraulic Data – Not essential, but some of the formulas are very helpful
Crane Flow of Fluids Through Valves and Fittings – Not essential, but works as a great reference.
